As much as we love Fashion Week, anyone who has ever been to the shows will tell you that it’s not an easy stroll down the tents. Instead, you have to contend with late start times, harried ticket scanners, dying electronics (due to lack of outlets at Lincoln Center/Eyebeam), and a myriad of other FW-related crises. In that spirit, we’re covering this season’s Fashion Week with YOU in mind, sending our intrepid reporters out to cover the important aspects of the shows…well, the ones that have nothing to do with the clothes.

Comments: She introduces some menswear , but the best pieces were the vibrant fox furs. The metallic booties didn't hurt either.

Comments: Some of the embellishments seemed unnecessary but those furs made it all worthwhile.

Comments: The music which was pre and post 1920s opium lair-esque worked wonders.

Comments: No crowds and No yelling gate keepers.

Comments: I didn't know she did menswear. Strongest fashion wise were the lamb and fur trim coats and artist jackets. I loved the lavish vagabond details and styling, plus the rich eggplant, violet, red and jade hues.

Comments: The weather was insane and I didn't have the luxury of a Condé Nast car so getting there was HELL! Even though I love snowstorms.

Comments: I missed the 10am show but the RL PR team was gracious and easily sat me at the 11am show. But I missed the good people watching...
3. Attention to detail (Gift bags, runway set, clothes):

Comments: The production, the clothes, the atmosphere is tastefully executed down to the minute detail. I loved the mauve tons, cashmere and fur coats and shawl tops. Those pewter and silver evening dresses were stately but classic.

Comments: As a stylist I wanna get my hands on those criss-cross plaid coats and jackets. Just the first blood red segment at the beginning... Didn't feel the ombré midnight brown palette at the latter half.
