Mayor Bill de Blasio made an unannounced stop this afternoon on the Upper East Side, where residents had assailed his snow-clearing efforts–some even accusing him of skipping their neighborhood in an act of political revenge.
“The Mayor made an unscheduled stop to the Upper East Side today to talk to residents, hear their views on the storm cleanup, and survey the area for himself,” his spokeswoman, Marti Adams, told Politicker.
