The concept of meditation seems to either make perfect sense or none at all. Perhaps those in the latter category (of which I’m certainly one) need to peace out the most. This How to Meditate workshop promises to answer questions such as: How do we set up our meditation space? How long do we meditate? What do we focus on? What are some techniques to help us overcome distractions?
