Salsa-dance your way into the long holiday weekend. Salsa teacher Ivan Roliz gives an hour-long intro lesson at 8 p.m., and then it’s a full-on summer sexy, steamy sweaty salsa dance party until 11 p.m. with a full bar. And your dance spins and swishes are for a great cause: A portion of the proceeds support Hope for New York, which helps the poor and marginalized in the city.
