Have a boozy Sunday supper at the Greenwich Project, the new restaurant/bar from Nick Boccio, the guy behind Mulberry Project and Vinatta Project. Housed on once-trendy Eighth Street, the Greenwich Project is two floors (the top was once a comic book store) and offers dishes like whipped goat cheese with Tuscan kale crackers, or for the adventurous palate, the “Odd Couple,” a plate of crispy sweetbreads, snails and bacon. Upstairs is more formal, while downstairs is a busy bar scene; all of Mr. Boccio’s “Projects” are known for couture cocktails—drinks custom-made for each guest. You can request the type of alcohol you want, special ingredients, or whether you simply want something that tastes sweet or sour.

Greenwich Project, 47 West Eighth Street, (212) 253-9335, 5pm-11pm.
